Crochet Wall Hanging - Stitch Bitch
This crochet wall hanging pattern was designed to be displayed loud and proud! You love to stitch, so tell the world about it!
This pattern was designed as part of the #MyCrochetShit series.
I had such a damn blast putting this together. Playing with the polka dots and the cursive font is just way too much fun considering the message LOL.
I wanted to coordinate with the other patterns in the series, so I repeated the polka dot and cursive theme from the Crochet Shit Project Bag and just played around with the colors so it wasn’t toooooo matchy matchy.
Crochet Along Info
This pattern was originally released as part of a Crochet Along that ended June 2nd, 2021. If you want to know when we do another ridiculously fabulous crochet along, make sure you join us in the Facebook group, it’s fucking blast in there even if we aren’t doing a CAL!
Oh hey, just so you know! This post may contain affiliate links. If you click a link and purchase anything, I will receive a small portion of the sale from the seller. There’s ZERO extra cost to you. And don’t worry, I wouldn’t suggest something to you that I wouldn’t suggest to my own family, because that would be shitty and I prefer not to be shitty to people. Thanks for supporting my little business <3

Change Colors Fair Isle Method>
You’ll see this called Intarsia in the video, but I have since learned that, after all this time of doing this thing, this method is actually called Fair Isle.
Intarsia is specifically where you would use a separate bobbin for each and every section where the color changes (using the video’s example, the H, I, ! and Background would all have a separate bobbin in Intarsia. Where Fair Isle, the colors are carried across the wrong side of the work.

How big around should the dowel be? Thought I could order from Amazon, but all I can see are bundles of rods.
I like about a 1/2″ dowel rod, but it’s entirely up to you. The one I used in the image is 1/2″ 🙂
